13.5 Fiberoptic Cable Testing per TIA OFSTP-14A Method B

TIA OFSTP-14A measures the installed fiber attenuation plus the loss of the Test
Jumper. This is the specified method for testing the multimode cable under
TIA/EIA-568A and ISO/JEC 11801, and is appropriate when measuring a cable
plant with patch panels on both ends, or with a patch panel at one end and a wall
outlet at the other.

Method B Link Loss includes:
