3.2 Configuration Information

3.2.1 G

ENERAL

Before installing the Modem Eliminator, set the internal jumpers as explained
below. This paragraph describes how the internal jumpers function, to help you
select the correct setting for your particular application, and gives you step-by-step
instructions for changing the position of these jumpers.

In addition to setting the jumpers, you must set the internal switches on each

interface module. Set the switches when you install the interface modules
(

Section 3.2.4

).
