The Radio tab contains the following parameters:
•
Power Level –
Level of power at which the unit is operating. There are two
possibilities, Low or High.
•
Default Radio Status —
For on , the radio receives in regular mode; when off ,
the radio does not work at startup. You would choose off , for example, when
traveling in planes.
•
Hopping Standard –
A set of rules regarding the radio-transmission standard
allowed in each country. Units will work together only if set to the same
hopping standard. Use this parameter to set the unit’s hopping standard to
that of the relevant country. Proprietary hopping standards can also be
implemented. Refer to
Section 3.5.3 .
