10. In most applications, you should not change the IP address from the default
(192.168.2.1). However, if you are installing your Broadband Router into an
existing network, you may need to change it to match your current addressing
scheme.

By using the Broadband Router’s built-in DHCP (Dynamic Host Control
Protocol) server, you are allowing the Router to handle all the IP addressing
on your Local Area Network (LAN). This can save a lot of the time and hassle
of administrating your network. If you have a server on your network that
requires a static IP address, you may still use the DHCP server and manually
assign a static IP address to your server. We recommend leaving the DHCP
Server Enabled.
