Power supplies are available in 90/240 VAC or -48 VDC power
versions.
If the chassis is shipped with only one power supply module, a
blank bracket covers the slot where a second power supply module
can be installed.
To install a power supply module in an SNMP Telco Chassis or
SNMP 6-Slot Chassis, remove the blank bracket covering the slot
where the module is to be installed by removing the screws located
closest to the outside edges of the bracket. Next, slide the module
into the chassis until the module is seated securely in the connector
on the backplane. Secure the module to the chassis by tightening the
thumbscrews.

Installing an Unmanaged SNMP Media Converter
An unmanaged SNMP Media Converter comes ready to install. The
only adjustments that may need to be made are configuring and
installing SNMP Manageable Modules and/or installing a second
power supply. Each SNMP Media Converter needs at least one
installed SNMP Manageable Module.
To install an unmanaged SNMP Media Converter, simply attach the
cables between the SNMP Media Converter and each device that will
be interconnected then plug the unit into a reliable, filtered power
source.
NOTE: If the SNMP Media Converter you are installing is an SNMP
Telco Chassis, the Telco cable must also be attached to the device
it will be connected to (i.e. switch, bridge, hub, etc.).
