CHAPTER 2: Introduction

2.2 The Complete Package

Here’s what comes with the ServSwitch Duo/Quadro:

• (1) Power supply. (If you’d like to use a second, redundant power supply,

they’re available separately as product code PS649.)

• (6) Stick-on adhesive rubber feet for placing the Duo/Quadro on a flat

surface.

• (2) Brackets for mounting the Duo/Quadro in a 19" rack.

• Screws for attaching the brackets to the Duo/Quadro: (4) for the 4- and 8-port

Duos, (6) for the 12- and 16-port Duos and the Quadro.

• (1) DB9 female to DB9 male serial cable for configuration uploading/

downloading and flash upgrades.

• (2) 5-pin DIN male to 6-pin mini-DIN female keyboard-port adapters.

• (2) DB9 female to 6-pin mini-DIN female mouse-port adapters.

• This manual.
