Turn Table Installed to Main Frame
Remove Parts from Crate
NOTE:
The shipping crate base can be used to aid in the
assembly of the rear blade.
1.
Remove top and sides from crate.
2.
Remove box of parts and mechanical linkages from
base.
Attach Main Frame to Turn Table and King Pin
A.
Attach the turn table (2) to the main frame (1) by
inserting the lower turn table pin (9) through the king pin
(10). Secure with two bolts (13), two hex nuts (15), and two
lock washers (14).
NOTE:
Prop the main frame (1) upright as shown
before assembling turn table (2). Use a fork-lift or a crane
for easier assembly.
NOTE:
Remove paint from the lower turn table pin (9) and
the inside of the turn table (2) and main frame (1) holes
where the lower turn table pin (9) goes through if necessary.
Apply grease to all contact surfaces to facilitate assembly, if
necessary.
Upper Turn Table Pin Installation
Tilt the turn table (2) to one of the different positions
available keeping the main frame (1) in an upright position.
Secure with upper turn table pin (8) and safety pin (24)
through the holes in the turn table (2) and the main frame
(1).
