BioSmart SmartHub Software Service Installation
General Information
BioSmart SmartHub software service performs various functions:
BioSmart PalmJet readers control (BioSmart PalmJet BOX, BioSmart PalmJet BOX-T). It
implements the palm veins images request, light and sound indication control, RFID-card
request, relay control, discrete input status request;
the users palms veins templates and users identification by the palm veins;
events forming and storage;
storage the users list in its own BioSmart SmartHub database;
data exchange with Biosmart-Studio software or other software with which BioSmart
SmartHub service is integrated.
All the software service settings are performed in the Biosmart-Studio software (see par.8.2).
Installation Procedure
To work with the BioSmart SmartHub software service, download and run the biosmart-BioSmart
SmartHub.exe utility.
After starting, follow the installation instructions.
The option to select an installation directory will be given
, but it’
s recommended to stick to the
location “C:
\
Program Files (x86)”. By default, the service is installed in the Biosmart directory.

In the next window, select the installation components. By default, all components are selected and
for each component you may see the amount of disk space used. Click
Next
.
