
Note:
the Timer Function will still continue to run even if the memory is full. The word
‘FULL’ will flash at the upper line when you try to register a lap, indicating that the lap
record cannot be stored.
Data Function
The data function
stores data recorded from the Lap Chronograph and the Timer
functions, which may be accumulated over a number of runs. A total of 200 laps from the
Lap Chronograph function can be recorded, while a maximum of 6 runs or 30 segments
from the Timer function can be stored.
1. Press the
Mode
button in order to go to the Data Function; you will see the word
‘DATA’ displayed.
2. The display will show the word ‘TO TAL’ for the total time of the run/segment/lap.
3. Use the
Stop/Next
button to move among the categories:

Total time
·
Total calorie consumption
·
Sets of stored “run” data from both the chronograph and from the timer.
If the particular set of data is recorded from the Exercise Chronograph, the
chronograph icon will appear
along with the run number.
If the particular set of data is recorded from the Exercise Timer, the timer icon
will appear
along with the run number
5.To see the recorded data from a particular run, press the
Start/Lap/Hold Stop
button to
scroll through all the data for that run. Press
Stop/Next
key at any time to exit viewing
records for a particular run.
If this data is recorded from the Exercise Chronograph, you will be able to view the
following details:
‘LAP’ - interchanging lap and split time of the laps
‘EXE TIME’ - exercise timer
‘IN ZONE’ – the view will alternate between in-zone time and in-zone percentage
every 3 seconds. The zone icon will show which zone (light, moderate or heavy) was
selected as the zone target for this run
‘AVE HR’ - average heart rate for this run. In the corner, it will show this average as a
percentage of the maximum heart rate
‘CALORIE’ - calorie consumption
’MAX HR’ – maximum heart rate
’MIN HR’ – minimum heart rate recorded for this run. In the corner, it will show this
number as a percentage of the maximum heart rate
If this data is recorded from the Exercise Timer
, you will be able to view the
following details:
‘SEG(no.) IZ’ - in-zone time of a segment
