8.2.4 Change the dial mode
1. Press <Menu> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Base Settings .
2. Press <Select> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Dial Mode .
3. Press <Select> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Tone or Pulse .
4. Press <Select> to confirm you dialling mode selection.

Change the Flash Time
1. Press <Menu> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Base Settings .
2. Press <Select> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Flash Time .
3. Press <Select> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to your desired flash time ( Short, Medium, Long ).
4. Press <Select> to confirm your selected flash time.

Change the System PIN Code
A 4-digit system PIN code is used for changing the system settings of the base station, for
remote access to the answering machine and for registering/de-registering handsets.
The default system PIN code is 0000.
1. Press <Menu> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Base Settings
. 2. Press <Select> and <UP/DOWN> to scroll to Modify PIN
.
3. Press <Select> and you are requested to enter the Old PIN.
4. Enter the old system PIN.
Note: If the old system PIN is incorrect, “
