8.2.2 General cleaning of the machine
Perform the general cleaning of the machine weekly with the utmost care.
Remove foreign substances: you can use non-corrosive detergents for ferrous and rubber
material. These detergents must not be harmful to the operator (follow the instructions
contained in the safety data sheets of the substances used, also for the selection of personal
protective equipment worn by the operator during work).
The use of water jets and flammable liquids is FORBIDDEN.
We recommend using self-cleaning cloths.
The support surfaces must be carefully cleaned to remove traces of oil or grease.
8.2.3 Cleaning the work areas
Keep the work area clear of any material that may hinder the operations of the employees.
Keep the surrounding areas clean; in particular from oil, grease, etc. that can make the floor
slippery.
Use suitable vacuum cleaners and proper equipment.
8.3 Actuator dismantling
In case of need to disassemble the actuator for checking operations or component
replacement, proceed as follows:

Remove the plate with the vice from the internal aluminum pole


Remove the pole from the support plate (Figure 9, [2])

Remove the 4 screws that secure the casing behind the pole (Figure 9, [3])

Unscrew the lower screw that secures the actuator to the pole and remove the casing
from the structure pole (Figure 9, [4])

Remove the pin that connects the actuator and the aluminum pole and remove the
actuator (Figure 9, [5])
