B) USE
The following cases are considered a misuse:

Use by operators who have not reached the minimum age to start working as required
by the laws in force in the respective countries of use.

Use by operators not previously trained and informed regarding any risks and residual
risks of the machine as well as trained on what concerns safety.

Not using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in the instructions and
laws in force in the country of use.

Using the machine even when it shows signs of failure or is partially damaged.

Not respecting the technical data concerning the limits of the capacity.

Simultaneous use of the machine by two or more operators who can put themselves in
danger or expose other people to hazards.
C) TRAINING AND INFORMATION OF THE PERSONNEL
The following cases are considered a misuse:

Operating the machine without having read and understood the instructions provided
by the manufacturer Bike-Lift EUROPE s.r.l.

Performing operations for which no information was provided by the manufacturer
Bike-Lift EUROPE s.r.l.

Performing operations that are difficult to interpret in the instructions provided by the
manufacturer Bike-Lift EUROPE s.r.l.

Performing operations differently than what is described in the instructions.

Performing operations expressly prohibited in the instructions.
D) ALTERATIONS
The following cases are considered a misuse:

Make alterations of any kind that change the intended use of the machine.
