Screen 1
This monitor offers the following programs: Manual (TARGET); 6 PRESET
programs (PROFILES); 1 Fitness program (TEST); 4 Heart rate control
(HRC) programs; 1 Steady Watt rate program; 1 User program (USER).

MANUAL PROGRAM (Goal).-
In the MANUAL program you can select:
A).- User
weight.
B).-
Time
setting for the exercise.
C).-
Distance
to cover during
the exercise.
D).-
Calories
to burn during the exercise.
- Weight - Screen 1 Screen 5
Enter the end user's weight. With
screen 1 dispalyed, press the
Target
key, Screen 5 will now appear. Use
the +/- keys on Screen 5 to specify
your weight and press
enter
to
confirm.
To exit press the
X
key on Screen 5
or press the
stop
key on the keypad.
-Time.-
This controls the duration you have specified for the exercise, counting downward.
While in Screen 1, press the target key and Screen 5 will appear.
When Time is selected (highlighted yellow) press the
+/-
keys on Screen 5 and enter the desired time. Press
X
to reset the data and
stop
to go back to screen 1
Press the
enter
key to select another target or press
QUICK / START
to begin exercising. You can start the
program in manual mode by pressing the
QUICK / START
key.
Screen 6
You can vary the exertion level during the exercise by pressing the
level
▲▼
.
keys.
Once the programmed time has elapsed, a warning beep will sound and
Screen 6 will appear, displaying the average values obtained during
exercise.
Press the
stop
key or wait 15 seconds to return to the Main Screen.
