-Solvent based lubricants used,
- Belt is too tight.
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.0.
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble:
1. First using each 2 units of screws
(15) to fix and tighten the left/right
clamp ring. Fig.1
2. Put the stand posts (4) (5) into
bottom frame, connect well the
communication wire of the right post
(78) and (77), use 10 units of screws
(15) to fix. Fig.2.
3. Assemble the pedal frames (102),
use 22 units of screws (15) to fix.

4. Assemble the handle (121) to post,
using 12 units of screws (15)

5.Connect the communication wires of
console (90) right side to the
communication wire (77) of stand
post, then assemble the console
clamp (112) into stand post (4) (5),
use 12 units of screws (15) to fix.

6. Assemble the front frames (8) (9)
into stand posts (4) (5) with screws
(15). Fig.6.
7. Put out the left/right tube plugs (81)
then fix the wave tube (101) to
left/right posts (8) (9), using screw
(124). Fig.7.
8. Put the connection tube (110) to the
stand posts (8) (9) and use 2 units of
screw (126). Fig.8.
9. Assemble the back pad (109) with 2
units of screw (15). Fig.9.
10. Tighten all the screws.
FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
This treadmill is equipped with a folding
mechanism for storage purposes. To
use it, stop the treadmill, lower the
elevation level to minimum, unplug the
mains cable and lift the unit. Store your
unit in a dry place, preferably not subject
to changes in temperature.
UNFOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
If you wish to use the treadmill, do the
reverse procedure. Slowly lower the
treadmill belt down to the floor.
When folding or unfolding the treadmill
make sure that there are no children
about or obstacles that might hinder
the folding motion.
MAINTENANCE.-
Use the bottle of lubricant (127) to
lubricate the inside of the belt in order to
keep your unit in top condition and to
ensure that friction between the belt and
the board Fig.10 is kept to a minimum
(due to different running styles, always
apply more lubrication to the area where
you place your feet during the exercise).
