Setting Up and Connecting
Initial start-up
After the water dispenser has been pro-
perly installed on the cold water and
waste water connections , start up your
25-00 ULTIMATE for the first time. To do
this, proceed as follows:

Fill the system
●
Flush the system
●
Switch on CO2 switch
●
Vent the system
●
Switch on the heating unit
Filling the system
Open the corner valve (the water inlet)
so that the water pressure can now build
up in the water dispenser.
The water pressure must be between
3-7 bar for the water dispenser to work
properly!
With a water pressure in the water dis-
penser of approx. 4 bar, the initial filling
of the water dispenser takes approx. 60
minutes .
During this process, the CO
2
bubble tank
(approx. 2 l) and the buffer tank for hot
and cold water (approx. 1 l) are filled
with ultrapure water. The CO
2
bubble
tank is filled first.
Open the water supply at the corner valve
Caution: The heating system may only
be activated or put into operation after
the filling process. In this case, the on/off
switch must be left switched off.
The filling process does not require any power!
Flush the system
Open the maintenance door at the front
of the BestWater system and pull out the
filter unit on the pull-out rail .
Open the flush valve .
Then open the corner valve (the water
inlet) and let the water run through the
system into the drain for five minutes.
This will cause the water coming out
of the pre-filters to go directly into the
drain . This is necessary to remove the
manufacturing film that is present on
the pre-filters. After the five minutes,
close the flush valve again.
Pull out the filter unit
Open the flush valve
Close flushing valve
