c. Join the two pegs (A) and (B)
with a piece of string. Use this
string as a guide to paint your
centreline on the ground with
the can of spray paint.
d. Drive a flat-topped stake (C)
exactly halfway
between the
two pegs (A) and (B) on the
centreline. Stake (C) will mark
the exact centre point of your
pool. The stake must be at
least 1" (25 mm) square and
6" (15 cm) long. Drive it down
flush with the ground surface.
e. Replace the two pegs (A) and
(B) with two more flat-topped
stakes. Drive them down flush
with the ground surface.
f. Join the two circles with
straight lines to make an oval.
Use pegs and a piece of string
as a guide for the can of
spray paint.
