5.6. RINSING OPERATIONS
1 - RINSING OF THE SPRAY CIRCUIT (BOOM)
Between 2 filling operations or when spraying with the same product is interrupted.
SEE PHASE 2 (page 32).
2 - RINSING OF THE MAIN TANK, HOPPER AND MIXING CIRCUITS -
SPREADING OF RESIDUES - RINSING OF THE SPRAY CIRCUIT
Between 2 spray operations with products of the same type (example: 2 fungicides).
SEE PHASE 1 (page 31), then PHASE 2 (page 32).
3 - COMPLETE RINSING OF THE SPRAYER
Rinsing is indispensable when changing from a product that may be detrimental to
the crop to one that is beneficial to the crop (example: changing from a herbicide to
a fungicide).
SEE PHASES 1, 2, 3 and 4 (pages 31 to 33).
