PHASE 2 - RINSING THE SPRAYING AND BOOM CIRCUITS WITH THE RINSING TANK
(With the rest of the water in the rinsing tank)
OPERATIONS PERFORMED IN THE FIELD
With the pump off.
•
Put the indexes on Berlogic function
(DUALELEC option, choose function
08-
).
- Open the spraying:
With the
C-TRONIC
control box
(figure 7, page 28):
▪ Press the
key next to the
icon.
With the
-PILOT
mutifunction joystick
(figure 9,
page 29):
▪ Press the key (6) of the
-PILOT
joystick.
- Engage the pump's hydraulic drive by pressing
push-button (3) (figure 8, page 29).
- Bring the engine speed up to at least 1,200 rpm by
raising switch (4) (figure 8, page 29).
- Spray the diluted product on the crops.
Note:
This operation is performed without water
returning to the main tank.
- Then, to close the spraying:
With the
C-TRONIC
control box
(figure 7, page 28):
▪ Press the
key next to the
icon.
With the
-PILOT
mutifunction joystick
(figure 9, page 29):
▪ Press the key (6) of the
-PILOT
joystick.
- Lower the switch (4) (figure 8, page 29) to reduce the engine speed.
- Press the push-button (3) (figure 8, page 29) to stop the pump drive.
This operation is not enough when changing chemical products.
PHASE 3 - RINSING ALL CIRCUITS WITH THE MAIN TANK
IN A RECOVERY AREA AT THE FARM
•
Put 300 liters of clear water with a cleaning product (All Clear type) in the main tank
(see filling page 25).
•
To mix the mixture, sections closed,
put the indexes on Berlogic function
.

- Engage the pump's hydraulic drive by pressing push-button (3) (figure 8, page 29).
- Bring the engine speed up to at least 1,200 rpm by raising switch (4) (figure 8, page 29).

Place the index (1)
(figure 11, page 30)

to begin the mixing.

, perform 2 short pressings of the
key on the
C-TRONIC
control box to activate the
manual mixing, then adjust it on 100 %
(see manual No. 82.510)

To rinse the hopper,
put the indexes on Berlogic function

Open the fill valve (4) to position
(figure 5, page 27) to rinse, then drain the hopper.
