Safety Outputs
The terminals 13-14, 23-24 and 33-34 are safety relay outputs. If the muting controller is running and the light
curtain is unobstructed, the outputs will be activated.
To extend the safety outputs, relays with positive guided contacts must be used
The use of external relays without spark suppressors can lead to damage to the muting controller. For
this reason, always connect protection diodes, e.g. Type 1N4007, in parallel with any external relay coils.
