Turning on the device

The numbers in circles in the following 
descriptions refer to the diagram shown 
previously.  
Example:  
"Touch pad 

" describes the touch pad for 

hob lighting ON/OFF. 

 

Turning on the device 

Ø

 

You must turn the device on using 



"ON/OFF"  

button on the touch pad, before you can use the 
ventilation function and all other functions (e.g. the 
lighting) of the device.  

 

 

After 6 hours of continuous operation the 
device automatically switches off.

If required, turn the device on again. 

 

The device is turned off. 

 

 

 

To turn the device on, proceed as follows:

Briefly touch the touch pad 



"ON/OFF". 

 

All the operating symbols are dimly lit.
