Lower section
The lower section is held in the device by two guide pins.
☞
Fold the lower section down.
☞
Lift the lower section up approx. 10 mm at the sides with
both hands. The lower section is disengaged.
☞
Draw the lower section down and out.
☞
Clean the lower section of the hood body with a soft,
damp cloth.
☞
Clean the lower section with a soft, damp cloth or in a
dishwasher.
☞
Dry the lower section with a soft cloth.
☞
Re-attach the lower section.

Separating unit
The separating unit is inserted and is held in the device by
side hooks.
☞
Pull the side hooks inwards on both sides.
☞
Remove the separating unit.
☞
Clean the separating unit, e.g. in the dishwasher.
☞
Clean the surfaces and edges on the mounting slot for
the separating unit with a soft, damp cloth.
☞
Make sure the separating unit is completely dry.
☞
Refit the separating unit.
