Window contact switch

The hood‘s fan is only operational when the window is
open.

Safety device

The hood‘s fan is only operational when no critical under-
pressure is determined in the room.

Connect any available accessories.

☞

Route the cable such that it is not kinked, crushed or
damaged and so that it will not get in the way when
replacing the filter filling.

Connecting the power supply

WARNING!

Risk of death due to electric shock!

Touching live parts can cause an electric shock, burns or death.

Ensure that the power supply is switched off and remains
so.

☞

Observe the voltage specifications on the ratings plate.

☞

Connect the power supply cable to the Wieland plug.

☞

Plug the connection cable with the Wieland plug into the
Wieland socket on the device.

☞

Route the cable such that it is not kinked, crushed or
damaged and so that it will not get in the way when
replacing the filter filling.

☞

Make sure that the device can be disconnected on all
poles from the electricity supply after installation.
