Antenna problems
Description Possible Reason
The image is not clear
or is jiggling.
• The signal could be too weak. Switch to other
channels to see if the problem still persist.
• Chcek the connection and integrity of the
antenna cable.
• Check the antenna direction. In the case of a
outdoor antenna, you should let a qualified
and experienced professional to conduct the
checking and adjusting.
Ghost image.
• Check the antenna direction.
• The ghost image is caused by the signal
reflection from buildings, metal structures, or
mountain. It requires properly aligned antenna
to reduce the ghost image to minimum
requires d sound, and such alignment may
require an antenna specialist.
The image is snowing.
• It may be caused by the interference from
automobiles, trains, high voltage circuit, neons
etc.
• Move anything that could cause interfereence
away form the remote control and TV.
Strips or faded color.

mobile phone communication.
• Keep away any device that could generate
interfering signal.
