If you feel your detector is not funtioning properly please
review this manual, particularly the section on
Performance
Verification
. If you still feel service is required, please follow
the instructions on below.

To obtain service during the warranty period, please call the
appropriate number below to obtain an RA number and
shipping instructions. Remember to return your detector
postage paid, insured and in suitable packaging.

For your own proctection, obtain a proof of delivery receipt.
Shipping costs are your responsibility.

(a) Your name, complete return address and written
description of the problem. (No

(c) A copy of your dated sales receipt.
Post-Warranty Service
The following arrangements apply if the warranty period has
expired or you are not able to provide a copy of your dated
sales receipt indicating purchase within the last twenty-four
months.
