To end a call
Dial 7 / Mute Key
(a) W hile reviewing the Call ID Record, press [Dial 7] and then a LINE key to Call Back in
7-digit form at.
(b) W hile on a call, press [Mute] to m ute the m icrophone for privacy.
Dial 10 / Redial / Pause Key
(a) W hile reviewing the Call ID Record, press [Dial 10] and then a LINE key to Call Back
in 10-digit form at.
(b) W hile off-hook, press [Redial] to recall and dial the last phone number dialed.
(c) W hile on-hook, press [Redial] to access the Redial List. Using [▼ ] or [▲ ] to select
the desired num ber and press a LINE key or [Spk.] to dial it.
(d) Pressing the key during Pre-dial or Phone book directory number entry will enter a
3-second pause into a dialing sequence, indicated by “
P
”.
Dial 11 / Flash Key
(a) W hile reviewing the Call ID Record, press [Dial 11] and then a LINE key to Call Back
in 11-digit form at.
(b) The [Flash] key is used to access telephone com pany services such as Call Waiting.
Dial Pad
The num eric keys are used in the conventional m anner for dialling.
Intercom Key [Int.]
During standby, press the key to activate the intercom function between handsets or
between handset and base unit, answer a paging call, or terminate an intercom call.
W hile on a line, press the key to transfer the call to a particular handset or the base.
Conference Key [Conf.]
Press to start conference call between Line 1 and Line 2.

These softkeys are used to select functions displayed directly above the keys.
Functions displayed above the keys will change depending on the m ode of operation.
