Monitoring limit value: only during heating phase.
Cause: Remedy:
Water is not removed from machine by drain
Relocate drain hose
pump (vacuum in drain pipe).
No fall pipe!!
Fume removal system has excessive suction,
steam is sucked out
Reduce negative pressure
Fume removal is closed, i.e. expanding air
Check exhaust system
cannot pass.
Air is pushed back into exhaust system
Install powered exhaust damper

Maximum level exceeded (water above door edge). Undesirable water influx into wash
chamber (e.g. due to boiler valve defect).
If level of 2.35 V is exceeded for 5 seconds, control system cuts off current process under
error indication.
As long as level is above 2.35 V, wash chamber door remains locked.
Monitoring limit values: Always, except during program operation when machine is engaged
with wet operations.
Cause: Remedy:
Water valves are leaky Replace water valves
Level too high
Error code 150

No or excessive dosing
Flow meter 1 does not read the appropriate number of impulses during dosing.
If during a program run in a step phase a dosing procedure with flow meter 1 (impulses) is
programmed, at least 10 impulses (possibly only air is pumped at first) must be counted
during dosing with dosing pump M 21 within
1 minute
, after each additional 6 seconds addi-
tional X impulses must be received by flow meter. If not, control system will shut down the
current process under error indication. The flow meter impulses are being monitored during
entire dosing phase; threshold value is 8 impulses per second.
The limit value for shut down, namely 6 X impulses within 6 seconds is calculated as follows:
In SW module configuration dosage 2 for dosing calibration, impulse value per liter is di-
vided by a constant K = 77.
Example:
Impulse value / liter divided by K = limit value X
Impulse value / Liter = 3610
X = limit value = 3610 / 77 = 47
Error 151 is indicated, if within 6 seconds less than 47 impulses are registered
Overdosing
Monitoring: done throughout the program cycle, provided there is no dosing or, in other
words. outputs K21 – K24 are inactive (program run).
At flow meter 1 no more than 6 impulses must be counted within 6 seconds.
The maxi-
mum dosing is limited at 500 ml.
