5. End of Service Procedures
1. Close all water valves.
2. Turn main switch OFF.
If you choose to leave water vales open for the night or the weekend, the machine should be turned
OFF only by the „IO“ button. Leave the main switch ON, otherwise, the overflow safety of the wash
chamber, i.e. the self protection of the machine would be inactivated. Also, in case of a defective wa-
ter intake valve the wash chamber could become flooded.
6. Error Message without Process Interruption
Instead of „Program ready“ and „Program 1 correctly terminated”, display shows these messages:
6.1 Dosing Additive Container empty
!Attention!:
The dosing module and its associated equipment must be calibrated on location by qualified
service personnel. This procedure must be repeated periodically. All validating provisions
must be heeded.
Periodic hygiene tests are to guarantee that the wash goods have been cleaned according to
requirements.
The detergents and their viscosity are influenced by the ambient temperature which may
lead to over and under dosing.
Tip: In order to attain a constant viscosity, it is recommended to store the detergent canisters in the
vicinity of the machine.

Dosing Agent x
empty
Cause:
The dosing agent in container x has run out or the empty indicator float is defective or has been incorrectly
installed or the terminal connection has an open circuit.
Remedy:
Replenish dosing agent, check float switch, check wiring to dosing pumps.
A wash program can be reactivated only after manual reset by means of the 0/1 button.
!Caution!
A safe disinfection and cleaning is warranted only if all agents are available in sufficient quantities.
