Together with the installation instructions for the motor control you have se-
lected, these instructions form a translation of an original operating manual
within the meaning of the EC Directive 2006/42/EC. It is aimed at qualified per-
sons for the installation, maintenance, repair and dismantling of gate systems
in accordance with EN 12635, as well as operators and users of gate systems
with a BELFOX gate operator.

Definitionen used
Hold-up time
Waiting time before the automatic closing of the gate from the “open” or “par-
tial opening” end position.
Automatic closing
The gate closes automatically after the set hold-open time has elapsed.
Release
Short gate travel in the opposite direction if a safety device or force limitation
responds.
Learning trip
Gate travel in direction OPEN or CLOSE, in which the drive learns the following:

Length of the distance travelled

Required force for the distance to be covered
