5.2.2. Auxiliary tool for the determination of the voltage drop and the place of the intermediate
power supply feed.
For the calculation of the voltage drop on the LioN-Link line a calculation table as a Microsoft Excel sheet is available under
http://www.beldensolutions.com/en/Service/Downloadcenter/Software_Lumberg/index.phtml .
The table determines the voltage drop on the LioN-Link lines based on the current consumption of the I/O-modules and the
sensors as well as the cable lengths and conductor cross sections of the LioN-Link lines. Furthermore the I/O-module is
indicated at which the intermediate power supply feed seems to be reasonable.
