Nonincendive fi eld wiring circuits must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical 

Code (NEC), NFPA 70 , article 501. CEC, Appendix J, Annex J 18.

The earth conductor must be at least the same wire size (mm² or AWG) as the supply con-

ductors.
