Back-up XP Door PC Settings

Open up Workbench from the shortcut, or Start menu if no shortcut available. Take a 
note of the Controller Names and IP Settings in the frame and write them in the 
checklist in section 3.3.

Close down Workbench.

5.

Insert the Back-up USB memory stick and create a Back-up folder for the Door PC.

6.

Open up 

SQL Server 2008 R2 Server Management Studio

, from the 

Start

 menu.

7.

Click on the 

Connect

 button to log in, and then browse the Database objects in the 

Object Explorer.

8.

Back-up the Database(s), primarily this will be just the Workbench one, but there 
could be others that also need backing up.
