Chapter 11 Bug Spray Applicator Option

Bug Spray Applicator Option

Installation

Mount the Pulsatron™ pump assembly to the equipment side wall that will have the chemical drums beside it.

Note:

Ideally, the pump can be mounted near the other chemical pumps. If it is not possible to mount

it in the same area, then take care to mount it in an area that is clear of the side wheels when
they are spinning.

Note:

Please keep in mind that the Asco™ valve assembly needs to be mounted higher on the wall

than the pump assembly.

Note:

The 3/8” poly flow line that will feed the chemical from the pump assembly to the Asco™ valve

assembly is not provided.

Note:

The lines that are provided are the suction line with the foot valve and the priming line. Both

provided lines are 7 feet in length.

Drop these two lines into the Bug Spray Applicator chemical drum.



Run the field supplied poly flow line from the top of t

he Pulsatron™ pump to the chemical injector on

the Asco™ valve assembly.

If you have a VPS System, move directly to step 5.
