Any connected plastic pipework may be exposed to inadmissible temperatures
and so suffer damage.
If the heating circuit is not interlocked with the circulation/filter pump, the heat
exchanger may heat up to the flow temperature of the heating water
The electrical components of the installation operate at high voltage and the
following instructions must be observed:
- work on the electrical components must only be carried out by a qualified elec-
trician.
- the electrical components of the installation must be inspected regularly.
Loose connections must be tightened and damaged components replaced
immediately.
Isolate the installation from the electricity supply before carrying out
maintenance.
Pool water may be contaminated.
Pieces of metal drawn into the heat exchanger heating coil may cause leaks due
to contact corrosion. Heating water may contaminate the pool water.
1.5 Safety measures at installation site
The heat exchanger must be installed in frost-free premises.
Ensure that the maximum operating overpressure of 2.5 bar on the secondary
side or 6 bar on the primary side is not exceeded.
The heat exchanger or its surroundings may be damaged.
While the pool is in operation, check the heat exchanger and its connections for
leaks and externally visible damage at least once weekly.
