CESI 8000 System Specifications

Beckman Coulter validates the CESI 8000 software (includes 32 Karat software) for use with the
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 32-bit operating system. In addition, the software design
incorporates wide-screen monitor capability for increased workspace. To operate the system
properly, use a validated PC (controller). Beckman Coulter validates the controllers to meet all
system requirements. The specifications for the CESI 8000 Computer System are shown in
Table 2.4 .
The CESI 8000 Mobile Cart is designed to hold the CESI 8000 Computer System (listed above).
IMPORTANT
Users must have Administrator or Power user permission on the local workstation.
Mass Spec Software Requirements
The AB SCIEX 5600 MS requires the following software to properly interact with the CESI 8000:
