Customer Preinstallation Checklist and Sign-off Sheet
The following is a list of lab items that are required at the site before installation of the CESI 8000
system can occur. Use this checklist to verify that you have the lab items necessary to ensure a
successful installation.
I have reviewed this manual, and I have all of the lab items listed above (please check mark each
item).
I also have a copy of the
MS Performance Report
proving that the MS is fully operational.
IMPORTANT
Please copy or scan this page and send it along with a copy of your MS Performance Report to
your AB SCIEX field service representative. Installation of the CESI 8000 System will not be scheduled
until this page and the MS Performance Report have been received.
