Wind
If the wind speed is greater than the set wind threshold, the awning is retracted after expiry of the delay time
(3 sec.).
If the wind speed is less than the set wind threshold, the awning control is released again after expiry of the
inhibited movement time (15 min.).
Sun
If the sun intensity is greater than the set actuation threshold, the awning is extended after expiry of the
delay time (90 sec.).
If the sun intensity is less than the set actuation threshold, the awning is retracted after expiry of the delay
time (15 min.).
After expiry of the RUNNING TIME, the retracting and projecting movement (between 7 sec. and 5 minutes) is
stopped automatically. The power supply to the motor is then cut off.
Rain
If awning, blind or skylight is set, the unit is retracted in the event of rain or the window is closed. If rain
awning is set, the unit is extended in the event of rain (delay time 3 sec.). If the rain sensor no longer detects
any rain, the awning control is released again after expiry of the set inhibited movement time (adjustable
between 1-40 min.).
Temperature
If the temperature falls below the set room temperature, the extension of the awning or the opening of the
skylight is blocked. Release occurs when the set temperature is reached (the thermostat contact opens).
If the temperature remains excessively low for more than 2 minutes, the “Fan” output (terminal 11) is acti-
vated (see Wiring Diagram page 10).
The wind safety device always takes precedence, so that in the event of a wind alarm, the awning is retracted and
at the same time descent is inhibited. The skylight is closed and then locked.
