Removing a stuck tortilla from the Wedge Press

KEEP OVEN MITT ON AT ALL TIMES, EXTREMELY HOT.

!

1. Turn OFF Press Motor, unscrew the Locking

Knob, and remove the safety cover. Wipe down

Finger Guard and Gate with a dry cloth.

2. Pull upward and remove Locking Pin

and put it under the machine.

(Caution: Locking pin is extremely hot)

3. Open Top Plate.

4. Remove the stuck tortilla with cleaning stick.

5. Re-apply Slick’em to the

press plates optional.
