Wedge Press Placement
1. Place the Wedge Press on top of the stand.
2. Lower the Oven Chute Heat Shield about 1”.
3. Set the operating temperature.
4. Place Wedge Press Exit Slide through the Oven Chute about 1”.
5. Tortillas should slide down Exit slide, through Oven Chute, and land on the
without hitting the shaft. If tortillas hit the oven shaft, move the Wedge Press
further from the Oven Chute or slightly bend or flatten Exit Slide until the
problem is solved.
