Replacing the filters
We recommend replacing the filter every 12 months or 3,000 operating hours!
HEPA filter
The filter must be replaced every 12 months or 3,000 operating hours.
To install a new filter, please follow the instructions for cleaning the filter.
Cleaning the appliance
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance, wait a few minutes and then always unplug the
appliance from the electrical mains.
Clean the unit with a moderately damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry cloth.
For safety reasons, never clean the appliance with water. This could be dangerous.
Never use petrol, alcohol or solvents for cleaning.
Do not spray insecticides or similar agents on the air purifier.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Before contacting our customer hotline/service center, please check whether the error can be
rectified using the instructions below.

The mains plug is not plugged in.
Insert the mains plug into a
suitable power socket
The batteries of the remote
control are empty.
Replace the battery.
The unit or the remote control are
defective.
Contact the customer service.
The unit does not emit air.
The motor is defective.
Contact the customer service.
The unit is not switched on.
Switch on the unit.
The unit shows no effect,
dust load and odors
remain unchanged.
No filter is inserted.
Insert a filter.
The filter is dirty or older than one
year.
Clean the filter.
Replace the filter if it is more than
one year old.
The unit is too close to walls or
objects and the air cannot
oscillate properly.
Place the unit at least 30 cm from
other objects.
