Software Update can be performed by network connection or downloading the latest software
to a USB memory
device.
Internet Upgrade
First, configure your network. For detailed procedures on using the Network Setup, refer to the “Quick Setup
Guide ” and “Setup >Network” instructions. If the Internet connection doesn’t operate properly, check the
Network Setup and try again. If the problem persists, use the USB method above to update.
Auto Internet Upgrade
If you want the Network Update to work automatically, please set Auto Internet Update to on
(Setup >About
>Upgrade >Auto Internet Upgrade

Online manual Upgrade
If you want the Network Update to work manually, please click the Detect button. After the upgrade version
can be detected, according to the user’s operation to upgrade.
USB Upgrade
Insert a USB drive containing the software update file, downloaded from
“Germany: www.hisense.de”,
“Italy: www.hisenseitalia.it”,
“Spain: www.hisense.es” .
Please be careful not to disconnect the power or remove the USB drive until updates are complete. When
software is updated, video and audio settings you made will return to their default settings and your personal
settings will be deleted. We advise you to write down your settings so that you can easily reset them after the
update.

How to Use the Home Screen
Home screen turns the TV into a multi-purpose entertain-
ment centre. With it, you can surf the web, download ap-
plications through Network.
1. Press the [
HOME
] button to launch the Home menu.
2. Press the [▲/▼/◄/►] buttons to navigate.
3. Press the [
OK
] button to enter the category or app.
4. Press the [
RETURN
] button to return to the previous
page.
5. Press the [
EXIT
] button to return to live TV.
All Apps -
Highlight the Home icon located at the bottom of the screen, then press the [▼] button on the
remote button, The list of applications currently installed on your TV will be displayed. From this list, select the
application you want to launch.
NOTES
Function icons on the main screen can not be adjusted.
The TV has to be connected to the Internet to be able to access the portal.
