Troubleshooting
Here you will find a number of fault description and possible
solutions we invite you to read in order to ensure the possibility
of an actual breakdown of your device.
The unit does not turn on
- Make sure the power cord is properly connected.
- Make sure the plug is fully inserted into the wall outlet and
there is power.
There is no sound
- Make sure the unit is not in standby mode (red led).
- Check that the source component is connected properly.
The remote control does not work
- Check that the batteries have not expired.
- Make sure nothing is blocking the remote sensor.

- The sound stops or there is noise
If a device such as a microwave oven or wi-fi transmitter
generates electromagnetic waves near the 2.4 GHz band, it can
affect the connection or broadcast quality. In this case, install
the speakers at a greater distance from this unit.

- The transmission is interrupted
- The device connected to the SP-102-BT active speaker is
perhaps too far. The approximate distance transmission
is about 10m without obstacles.
