This option is used to help players that are not as skilled as others or for use when the jackpot win
value becomes too high for normal players to win. With this option enabled, the points needed to win
the jackpot tickets will decrease by 1 every XX (selected amount) of games. The value will eventually
drop as low as 20 if necessary but will then return to the ‘minimum high score’ number.
