This attribute enables delivery of all received frames to the HSSI device driver for
processing. When disabled (2), frames less than 4 bytes in length are filtered out of the
receive frame stream before reaching the device driver. This attribute must be set to
enabled (1) to receive 3-byte frames over frame relay switched virtual circuits (SVCs).

Description:
Contains a 32-position bit mask specifying the ATM VCL counters that the BayStream
data collection software gathers, aggregates, and reports for each ATM line on which
statistical data collection is enabled. A value of 1 within the bit mask indicates that the
BayStream data collection software monitors and reports the associated ATM counter; a
value of 0 within the bit mask indicates that the BayStream data collection software
ignores the associated ATM counter. The default value (0xFFFFFE00) monitors and
reports the first 22 items in,
Figure 9
which maps specific ATM counters with specific bit
mask positions.
