4 Operating mode
The operation and use of the counter are described in the section.
●
As soon as the power supply has been switched on, the counter
is automatically set to the operating mode.
Operating mode
In the operating mode:
-the current counter status can be read and reset;
-the preset values for the main and batch counters can be read;
-the start count value can be read;
-the current totalizing counter can be read and reset;
-the current status of the batch counter can be read and reset;
-the time meter can be read.
All the parameters can be disabled in the programming mode
(line 11 to 18).
Key functions
Parameter readout
Select accessible parameters by the
key.
Pay attention to the LED symbols.
Parameter input
1. Upon pressing the
key, the LED is flashing.
2. Use the
key until the desired parameter appears on the
display.
3. Enter new parameter by the 10-figure keypad, the old parameter
will be deleted. To enter more parameters repeat steps 2 and 3.
4. Confirm the entered parameter by pressing the
key. If there
is no confirmation within 15 seconds the previous parameters
will remain.
The
key comprises a memory function.
This means: after confirmation the parameter indicated at the
first
operation will appear on the display again.

Current main counter status
The current counter status is displayed in the operating mode; no
keying necessary.

Reset
Resetting must be enabled in the programming mode (line 11).

Main counter preset values
The preset value functions must be enabled in the programming
mode (line 12 and 13).

Press the
key.

LED P1 flashes.

Input the new preset value P1 via the numerical keypad; the old
value will be deleted.
