News & Weather

You can check the weather and top news stories with News & Weather.
1. Tap Home Key >

> News & Weather.

Maps

You use Maps to fi nd your current location; to view real-time traffi c conditions; to

get detailed directions by foot, public transportation, bicycle, or car.
1. Tap Home Key >

> Maps.

2. Tap the Search Maps search box on the top to fi nd the location you need.
3. Tap to fi nd the place you need.

Places

Google Places helps you fi nd all kinds of businesses near you.
1. Tap Home Key >

> Settings > Location & security > Use GPS satellites.

2. Tap Home Key >

> Places. Wait while you are being located.

Your location, when found, is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select a business category, and the information of that type of business near you

will be displayed.

You can also use the Find places search box on the top to fi nd the business you

need.

Note:

Tap Add to add new business categories.

4. Tap a result you are interested in and check out the details and reviews about

that place. You can also see the place on Google Maps, fi nd out how to get

there, or give that business a call.
