1. Switch the appliance on with the ON/OFF key (1, Fig. 7).
HOME screen will be shown in the display.
2. Select from amongst 'Manual' A
(Fig. 9) or 'Recipes' C (Fig. 9).
The 'Recipes' (C) list covers thermal
processing programs that are classified
based on product types, e.g., meat,
vegetables, desserts, etc.
By pressing the control field D (Fig. 9) you
access the 'Functions' menu (e.g.,
creating, importing and exporting thermal
processing programs, Rack Control
function, EasyService, etc.) and the
appliance system settings.
NOTE!
Some of these functions are password-
protected and reserved exclusively for
service technicians.
The 'One touch' groups
(B) provide direct
access to favourite recipes and make it
possible to rapidly and easily run the
selected thermal processing program
through brief touching of a symbol.

These groups contain roasting programs defined this way by the user, and the
menu is marked with a symbol.
Touch-Screen Interaction
All operations may be selected by pressing the desired item or pictogram.
1. Touch the relevant field to change thermal processing parameters, e.g.,
temperature and rotate the rotary control knob (4, Fig. 7), until the required
temperature setting is selected.
2. To confirm the change, press the parameter or rotary control knob (4, Fig. 7)
again.
