This alternating pattern of 1.5m and 0.5m increments is repeated for the complete Grid.

17.4.2. Surveying at 4 lines/m

When using the Grad601-2 dual sensor gradiometer for surveying at 4 lines/m with a parallel or
zigzag traverse pattern, the operator must follow exactly the appropriate pattern shown in
Figures 19 and 20.
