Observe the five safety rules for work on electrical systems:
Disconnect mains; protect against unintended reconnection; verify
the absence of voltage; earth and short-circuit; cover or safeguard
nearby live parts.

Connection terminals with the type of protection “Ex e” or “Ex i” are on the
connection board of the Ex p control unit.
