K1. Relay (REEL "STOP")
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It is located under the hood.
It is interlocked with the reel rotation switch.
K2. Relay (REEL "TURN ON")
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It operates in coordination with the reel
rotation switch and controls the rotation of
the reel cutter.
It is located under the hood.
K3. Relay (PEDAL "NEUTRAL")
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It is associated with the neutrality of the
traveling pump, and operates in coordination
with the proximity switch.
It is located under the hood.
K4. Relay (REEL "DOWN")
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It operates in coordination with the #2 mower
arm proximity switch and controls the
rotation of the reel cutter.
It is located under the hood.
K5. Relay (REEL Fwd-Rev)
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It operates in coordination with the reel
reverse switch and controls the stack valve
(for reel rotation).
It is located under the hood.
K6. Relay (FUEL-SOL "HOLD")
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It controls the fuel solenoid hold circuit and
operates in coordination with the reel rotation
switch, reel reverse switch, proximity switch
(for traveling pedal neutral) and parking
brake switch.
It is located under the hood.
K7. Relay (STARTER)
This is one of the relays that constitute the
interlock system.
It operates in coordination with the seat
switch, reel rotation switch, proximity switch
(for traveling pedal neutral) and parking
brake switch, and starts the starter motor.
It is located under the hood.
K8. Relay (FUEL-SOL "PULL")
This allows the fuel solenoid to pull when
controlled by the solenoid timer.
It is located under the hood.
K9. Relay (HEAD LIGHT)
This controls the headlight ON and OFF.
It is located under the hood.
T1. Delay timer
The delay timer is linked to the seat switch
and, if the driver is away from the seat for
0.9 second or longer while driving this
machine, this timer turns off the signal to the
power relay, which controls fuel.
If the signal from the delay timer is blocked,
the energization to the engine stop solenoid
stops and then the engine stops.
It is located under the hood.
