Caution
Before starting pressure measurement, make
sure that there are no people around the
machine.
Before pressure measurement, perform the
following operations.
Install the gauge bulb and high-pressure
hose to the pressure gauge for extremely
low pressure measurements.

Remove the left side cover.
Open the front cover.
Remove the hydraulic hose between the
piston pump and the hydraulic oil filter from
the branched elbow.

Install branched joint 3/8 between the
removed hydraulic hose and branched
elbow.

Install the hydraulic pressure measurement
tool to branched joint 3/8.

Pressure gauge for extremely low
pressure measurements

Apply the parking brake.
Open the gauge valve of the hydraulic
pressure measurement tool.
Start the engine, and rev it up to the
maximum rpm.
The normal pressure is 0.6 MPa (6.1 kgf/
cm
2
) (87 psi).
